JusFitness’ trainer, Justine, has been passionate about fitness for over twenty years. As a mother of four, she fully understands the benefits of regular exercise from both a physical and mental point of view. Regular exercise has been a way of life for Justine for many years. She is an avid runner herself, having competed in 8 half marathons and 3 full marathons since 2012, achieving Boston Qualifying performances in each. Justine has great pleasure in sharing her wide knowledge of fitness with her clients and watching them reap the benefits.
Previously in the finance industry, Justine made fitness her career path of choice subsequent to raising her 4 young children.

She spent three years pounding the pavement in the tropics of Singapore whilst retraining and gaining her fitness qualifications. These include:
